About residents associations
In each residential area of Asago City there are residents associations called jichikai. Please join if you can and be an active part of the local community.
The residents associations (membership fees apply) do the following
- Initiatives including running community cleanups and conducting crime prevention and disaster readiness drills.
- Helping residents help each other and holding community events.
- Circulating leaflets that provide local government and community information.
