Long-term care insurance
Long-term care insurance is a system to collect money from people over 40 years old to help those who need long-term care.

The premium is determined by your salary. People between 40 and 64 years old pay together with medical insurance. People over 65 years old have payments deducted from their pension. |

Welfare support for disabled (children)
Consultation and services are available for people with disabilities (adults and children).
People with disabilities can receive an identification booklet at the City Office.
If you have such a booklet, the tax you pay will be lower and the fare for buses and taxis will be cheaper.
