Fresh water and sewerage

The tap water of Asago City is safe to drink.

When opening or cancelling a water account

Please contact the Asago City Fresh Water and Sewerage Customer Center when you start or stop using the tap water supply by moving house.

Payment of fees

You will receive an invoice every month for the amount of water used. You can pay at a bank, post office, convenience store, and the City Office counter. You can also make payment by smartphone app or set up a bank or post office direct debit. Direct debits are paid automatically from your bank account.


Electricity

To use electricity, please contact your real estate agent or landlord. Alternatively, contact the power company to apply directly.


Gas

To use gas, please contact your real estate agent or landlord. Alternatively, contact the gas company or retailer to apply directly. Please contact the gas company or retailer about charges and payment options.
